I have a 120x120x200 grow tent and a 730w LED, the FC-E6500 from Mars Hydro. I'm planning to put about 4/5 plants for my first grow and I would like to know if there's any guide on how far I should place the LED from the plants at each stage of growth. THX

I use the 450w mars light in my 150x150x200. I have to hang the light at the very top towards the end. I'd start the light 3 feet (36 inches) above any seedling run on 50% for the first week. That light is very powerful, maybe too powerful for that sized tent. You will be fine, just keep a close eye on them. Raise the light as the plants grow, and use training, topping, lst or anything that will keep the height of the plants equal.

Hello,I'm gonna be running a test 6400k cfl vs sunmaster hps,been reading and reading and blue light crops up alot for veg so,I'm gonna grow one under the cfl one under the hps and one in the middle of the 2.will it shock my plant putting light schedule to 24 and adding the blue?

Mars Hydro - TS1000 or TSW2000?I have a 80x80x160 tent. I’m pretty set on getting a Mars Hydro in the future. but should I go for the TS1000 or the TSW2000? My concern is that the 2000 might get my tent too hot for me to handle and might be more than what I need since I’m only growing one plant.

Led on 18/6 grow/flower photoperiod I have the idea to put a led in my second tent for pre growing photoperiod girls, I have some room left over for some autoflowers who also grow & flower on 18/6 light - leds can switch between grow/flower. If I switch the led to flower will that be OK for my photoperiod girls?

light schedule change I wanna change light schedule for my babies.. for now they run from 07 to 24 hours and I want to run from 18 to 12 hours so I would have dark period during day.. should I just leave it to run for 30 hours and then introduce new "night" time?? Plants are 4 autos 7 and 8 weeks old

Slow indoor seedling growth 4 days since sprout, issues with light timer, seedlings ended up getting 48 hrs of light after they sprouted, and this AM I found that the timer did not turn the light back on so it got 11 hours of dark last night instead of 6. Could this be detrimental to seedling?

light bleaching Why are my leaf tips getting bleached still? I have the light 18 inches from the canopy which is what is recommended for veg, and that's only around 400umol/m2s but the leaf tips keep burning. Temps are low if anything, consistently between 65 and 75 farenheight.

Less light for an auto? Maybe 12/12?Been going with 18/6 for my cream autoflower from growers choice from Day 1. Now 5 weeks into flower I’m wondering if she would benefit from less light, like 12/12, as you would for a photo period plant. What do you think? Would she be happy flowering in some more dark period?
