What it could be should we be worried ?

This has occurred since yesterday we believe it could be a lack of nutrients or even an overdose but we are not sure it is just a guess and need help because we do not want it to spread any further

Seems like it. I would get a PH meter for soil and another for liquid so you can check the PH of the coco and PH of the runoff. Nutrients can slowly change the PH in either direction depending on the brand so eventually you have to adjust your feed to compensate. Or flush to bring it back to a reasonable level.

so it was the molasse? cause no one had the problems only those who received to much molasses and they using the same water for their complete life and we had no problems

molasses has a PH of 5.5–5.7.

But it only occurred with those who received a slightly too high dose of molasses per ml of water yesterday. Those who did not get this dose have no problems. So it can't be the PH value? they all get the same water. And for 5 weeks we have been using the same water without any problems

The leaves with the burnt tips are from nutrient burn. But the larger pale green and brittle ends of the leaves are from low PH. Check your runoff and adjust the ph.
