Wow, I am in shock!
Such a disaster!
If you gave her calcium nitrate AND a fertilizer with a NPK ratio of 7/11/27, this is a very strong mix for such a small plant!
The extra water has no doubt mobilised fertilizer salts in the coir, adding to the problem and not solving the problem and now with more information, I would be inclined to think your plant is suffering with nutrient toxicity, which can look like dehydration, and which will literally suck the moisture out of your plant due to too many fertilizer salts in the substrate causing a reverse osmosis effect. I am not sure how to fix this, but the suggestion by Snoike to move the plant out of direct lighting is a wise suggestion.
Only giving plain water until the excess nutrient salts have been flushed from your substrate and the plant starts to recover would also be wise.
I hope there is someone that can give you more specific suggestions as how to rescue this plant.
