I agree this looks like a calcium deficiency. Easiest fix is to add some CalMag into your nutrients.
One thing to add, more for prevention of further issues - leaf septoria looks very similar to this and is particularly prevalent in wetter environments (e.g. 1cm from the soil). I don't think this is what it is, but I would probably remove any leaves that are that close to the top of your substrate as it's just asking for trouble. Other nasties also hide in there, like budrot (which can infect the lower stems if they're constantly moist and then appear on the buds in a months' time) and so it's better to take off any low hanging leaves and keep good air flow around the base IMO.
