Guys my soil PH is at between 7.5-7.8, how do i bring it down? The water is at 7.1 and 7.5. Can i use vinegar to fix this? Should i water abundantly like flushing, with vinegar laced water? With what ph? 6.0? 5.0? Im measuring with liquid phenol red so range might be off a bit.

You can use vinegar or lemon juice to bring your water down to ph6, and watering as normal should bring the soil ph down slowly. Next time check the soil before hand, there are ways to effectively reduce soil ph beforehand 👍🌱

You could use distilled water It has a natural pH value of 5.8 And with nutrients, you should be able to get to about 6.1-6.3 Happy growing ❤️

I use organic apple cider vinegar to lower the PH of my irrigation water. Seems to be working fine 🌞 Water as normal with PH of 6.3
