New leaves have some white dots

Some of this plant's new leaves have white dots, i don't see any insects and i usually spray neem, any idea why this is happening?

Occasionally you get white spots on the leaves. Is really nothing to worry about if they aren't pests. Check for pests and keep your eye on it. If it gets worse there may be a problem.

I have nothing A deficiency ever except for some maybe leaves really low I can't say much else but one plant is fine one is not and they in the same conditions and substrate. Same strain dif pheno. so today, pulled out my plants from the tent to do a 20min inspection and tie down longer stems. noticed some yellowing on the bottom leaves, is this n or p or k deficient?. Another leaf i clipped which looks brownish? looks normal to me but please tell me if im wrong thanks!Week 6
