No, this has no sign whatsoever of a phosphorus - or any other kind of deficiency! New leaves will grow in much lighter/more yellow than the older leaves and will "green up" with photosynthesis... Your plant looks very healthy to me! If you are using RO water, however, you're going to need to add minerals to it since it is devoid of everything.. you can easily do this by adding 1/4tsp of sea salt to a gallon of RO water. GrowingGrannie is right. Your plant is totally fine. Those leaves are just new and are lighter than the older leaves. Just let her be!

@kamileon i think probably its cal mag then because i use RO water and i give them couple of time

Looks like cal mag deficiency to me check your soil pH and run off if that's okay feed it a little if it's off correct your soil and run off pH if your pH is lower than 6.0 plant can't absorb phosphorus calcium magnesium or molybdenum so it shows as a deficiency so feeding won't help unless pH is in order
