Why are the tops yellow?

Yesterday I gave them each 1.5 ml of fox farm grow big and 1ml of big bloom. This is the first day after switching to 12-12 as well

I would add some calmag plus . The plus is usually nitrogen and iron. Yellow new growth is usually a pH issue or a lack of iron or nitrogen. Iron I would suspect !

Its common and generally ignorable as it could be genetic like purple stems its not always nuets, keep an eye on the rest of the plant and make sure light isnt too close

The newest growth will always be slightly lighter in colour. Although I see some yellowing spots on some fan leaves, this is indicating calcium defeciency. 🌱👍

Just looks like you need a bit of calmag to me just my opinion.. could be wrong. Wouldn't panic about the feeding unless your tips go brown then you'll wanna flush her out. Don't stress yourself out at every little colour change you'll have no hair left at the end haha. Hope this helps, happy growing keep well.
