Flush necessary in flowering stage?

WulfBlud

I have yet to flush my plants in the beginning of week 5. Is this a necessary step once flowering starts? My runoff tests pretty good even though I know that isn’t a super precise test. What are your thoughts? Should I flush with normal water or something specific?

No need to "flush" just for the sake of it, I would only ever flush if there was a MAJOR problem, otherwise flushing unnecessarily will just kill all the healthy microbes that your plant needs for effective nutrient assimilation. Just give plain water for the last 10-14 days before harvest, this is all that is really required. Hope this helps,...... Organoman.

Maybe water with Nutes twice and then reg water once and keep that sequence til you are ready for the final flush with reg cold water for 2 weeks. Keeps the nutes in the soil while letting them eat up everything in it without wasting nutes or over nute.
