My plants seem to be growing very slow right now, is there anything I should do? Or just let them do their thing?

I say let them do their thing, I'm not seeing anything wrong from the photos, and at 16-17 days in they are still young they'll start to take off once they start to veg.

You can tell she's healthy, but I noticed some white spots; it looks like someone has been on her, and that someone might have settled in your substrate. It's possible that attacks on the plant in "outdoor" will happen often, so I recommend getting neem oil and fighting off the pests. They recommend applying it from 3 to 10 times for the proper effect! 👆
