Triches are mostly milk. About the same number of ambers as there are clears. Will I always find clear triches? Especially when im looking inside deep in the bud. Or I should be able to wait til there are almost none? Assuming she is a week or less than 2 from harvest.

Yes, there will always be some clear trichomes.
Waiting until they are all milky or mostly amber will produce inferior buds due to the plant being over ripe and close to death, with a great deal of the THC having broken down into CBD and CBN, 2 non-psychoactive cannabinoids.

I got to harvest in 14 days: in order to have enough time to cure it before leaving home for 2 weeks (safety first: is a period of floods in here, I just can't take the risk). I had a pretty long vegetative stage but I'm gonna finish it at 13 weeks. Am I gonna ruin it it, right?
