18/6 to 12/12 ? When?

Not sure when to turn the lights to 12/12 as I’ve never grown autos before. Currently on week 3 Any advice would be appreciated Happy growing 🌱.

you dont need to switch the light schedule at all, just leave it and they will flower on their own. Thats also why theyre called Autoflower

Il s'agit d'une auto il faut que tu la laisse en 18/6 jusqu’à la récolte. certaine personne font 20/4. si tu la passe en 12/12 le risque est d'avoir une petite plante et un petite récolte et en plus longtemps. Le mieu c'est de rester à 18/6 température à 25°C lumière allumée, 40% Humidité Pour des graines feminisé ou les feminisé fast / F1 Il faut savoir qu'une fois que tu as passé ta lumière en 12/12 ta plante passera en floraison et elle doublera ou triplera de volume ! C'est deja un bon indice. Maintenant a toi de voir la hauteur que tu veux obtenir. J'attendrais au minimum 21 jours.

Autos are USUALLY not dependent on your light cycle to transition into flowering. Most autos will begin to flower on their own, usually between weeks 3 and 6. If you are going 7 weeks or longer with out seeing signs of flowering, the ruderalis genes may be recessive and at this point you would switch to 12/12 to try and get them to flower. This situation though is very rare and usually a result of unstable genetics. I have grow autos under 24/0, 18/6 and 14/10. 24 hrs got biggest buds but 14 hours got best yield for wattage used.

Auto plants flower when they want to (they only normally have a short veg of 3-4 weeks) not by light schedule. You can keep running 18/6 thru flower with autos to give u bigger nugs 👍
