As long as the seeds are mature, seed appearance has very little bearing on what sort of plant will grow.
Once sprouted, seedlings from smaller seeds might seem a bit smaller at first, but once growing and after 3-5 sets of leaves, be indistinguishable from their bigger seed neighbours. I have taken notes for 20+ years detailing seed shape, size, appearance and colour in a effort to be able to try and predict what sort of seed will produce what sort of plant and can not find any relationship between seed appearance and plant phenotype. Some of the smallest seeds will produce the biggest plants and are generally sativa type plants, whereas large indica types of seeds will often be medium/smaller sized plants.
Faster germinating seeds does not mean faster growing plants either. Seedlings that have a 2-4 day difference in germination time will generally be the same sized plants as their sisters after 3-4 weeks of growth.
One thing though, your seeds look awfully wet, keeping them damp is much better than being wet, as the seeds need to "breathe", something they can not do if almost completely submerged. Also, planting your seeds as soon as the root becomes first visible is better for it, rather than waiting for the root to grow half inch or more, as it is very easy to damage a long and fragile root, than it is to cause damage to a "just popped open" type of root.
Hope this helps,........
