Do I need to LST? or will Scrog be enough? worried since I topped the plants twice that without LST the colas might be too close together? or ill be able todo what I need during Scrog?

Scrogging, or screen of green, is a form of LST so technically your already doing some low-stress training. So to officially answer your question the scrog will be perfect.

Cola growing again after to much light while flowering?In the last 2 weeks of flowering this plant seems to have started to grow at the top of the cola again. Lefft the lights on 5 hours too long 1 night. Also needed to do some maintenance etc in the same week. Maybe to much light (DLI) and starterd growing again for short while?
