Plant is growing in coco coir , at first had my light far to close and now have moved it up to the highest point to encourage vertical growth , Growing with 600w led light For the watering habits I don’t use a full 2 litres a day , maybe about a litre a day I use and empty watering box every day ,

The size doesn't look too bad for 34 days actually. They are a little short but that's not always a bad thing if you want to top etc. However in my opinion you are watering way too much, at that size they will only require around 2 Litres every 2-3 days (depending on how thristy they are), and you are giving this amount twice a day!! This will cause slow growth especially in the roots, and could also lead to issues with mould as your soil doesn't have time to dry out. Also make sure you are emptying the water from the box the pot is sitting in (I can see a reflection that looks like water below the pot), if you are watering twice a day you will have loads of run off and it's not healthy for the plant to be sitting in this stale water.
