Ethos Freebies wouldn't germinate

I'm trying straight in paper towel

Hi there, As I already told you, I prefer to germinate with paper towel and then plant in a desired medium.Don’t plant too deep.After that I usually give water 3~5ml per day just around the seed.It always works.Finally,if one is strong, it can withstand some rough conditions.If not they are very sensitive to growing conditions.Happy Growing... ✌️

Put bean in spring water for 12-18 hrs. Then put bean in moist substrate. Keep the substrate warm around 20-23c. Make sure the substrate stays moist not wet. I did for the first two seed. the water was at 22c at 6.2ph from the filtered jug. Didn't work. both seed open root out. No out Next 2 seed I soak them in 26c water after 1 hour sandpaper gently both extremity dunk them after 2 hour they were drown and almost open bubble it. i put them in a folded in paper towel soaked with 24c water and I put under the substrate and wet. Still no sign.
