I guess I don't see the problem you're seeing... they both look fine to me! Make sure you're watering around each lady (but not so much that they're constantly wet) and they'll be just fine! They always look a little lost at the very beginning... and you can't believe they're really going to become large plants - but they are and they will!

They look fine. Don't burn them with light intensity and don't over water. Seedlings look weird until 1 week in sometimes. Just get PH right or you may get N lockout which wouldn't be good for your growing plants.

They look great! Just give her 100 ml water about 10 cm from the plant away then her roots need to search for the water. Cannabis plants love that and they develop a better and bigger root system doing this.

Yep, they are fine...........and they don't need any sort of humidity dome, they need good air exchange to grow properly.

Put a dome over it, so humidity stays high and the small leaves stay hydrated, and don't force the roots too much.
