Hi there Alien Teche, i have to disagree with people here, for me it looks like nitrogen toxicity, you can see this from the "too green" and shiny style of the leafs and the kind of slow bud growth. Probably your soil's NPK ratio is off, it should be less N more PK for example 2-4-4 , you probably have 5-4-3 or something. Add PK to make the ratio good, the problem should stop spreading. It's normal when you're in flowering. The upper leaves that get less light always turn that color. I recommend removing them as they weaken.

Yes, it is due to lack of light, that and their older fan leaves, which eventually do this anyway.
