I've been advised to cut the recommended ml of fertilizer in half if you don't have a very good light, since the plant won't absorb all the nutrients and therefore I'll waste fertilizer. Is that true?

They told you this so you can get a good feel of how much the plant is eating, but without burning it. Early on the roots of the plant aren't big enough to intake nutrients the way we think. So there is some truth to what you've been told because if it's not intaking it you're wasting it.

hey there MMMMMM, actually the main point is that the small plant (first few weeks) doesnt need much water 20-50 ml and for sure doesnt need much nutrients, so if the soil has a lot of nutrients or if you add nutrients you will cause nutrient burn on the plant and it will stop growing (so it's a waste) that's why you shouldnt fertilise the first two weeks for sure and when you start only start at half and gradually increase it until full dose. Bad ph water, it bounces like a pogo stickMy city water supply sucks. The ph rises and falls in such a wide range that it is difficult to keep up to what it needs to level out the ph. I have seen 5.8 up to 8.9 just in the last month.

rdwc - remo nutrientsI have 12 plants, 6 of them are 10 days older. I find it difficult to work with the solution due to different growths. I think I give too little fertilizer. I use RO water and the entire line of remo (+ magnifical) = 550ppm. 600w. temp. 25-26. hum. 40% . tutankhamon fem.

Overfeeding protocols lolOverfed a couple hundred mls last feeding 2 days ago and the soil is still saturated. The plants leaves are wider and almost a neon green...it's not wilting or drooping. How to use PH DOWN to get a soil PH around 6.5.I tested the PH of the run off water today and the result was 7.2, pretty above the number I want, 6.5. My photoperiods have made progress since the start of the week (now on day 5 to week 3 on pic 1 and W4 on pic2) I’m currently running a water then feedRepeated schedule & the ph on both has increased from5.85 to 6.1 roughly 1. after each feed ppm bounces from 435 to 575 In and out of feeds feel like asking for more feed? But scared to over do it on the nutes 1 plant still look darkgreen! any advice on this or any tips notice
