Slight damage to one of cotyledons

Not seeing any damage it just looks like it's trying to finish coming out of the soil so it can stand upright and pray to light. So don't worry the seedling will be fine.

No, nothing to see here.
All will be fine.
The whole function of the cotyledons is to protect the true first leaves from damage during germination and the ascent through the soil. The cotyledons are not leaves in the true sense, so it looks like they have done their job of protecting the first true leaves.
Damage like this can not be caused by either water or light.

No don't worry. I completely snapped off one of the cotyledons when I was helping remove the seed casing . She's growing just fine, second best girl in the tent.

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Need help with mold/septoria/?Last 3 days I've pruned diseased leaves every morning, foliar sprayed peroxide leaves & topsoil, & added some to watering solution. Is only affecting one plant in tent. Humidity no longer issue (was waiting 4 inline fan). If I keep pulling off leaves it's going to die anyway.

3 days in, only cotydelons with no sign of the first true leaves. Have you seen this and has it recovered?This plant was stunted at the start after he couldn't get his hat off, but now looks pretty healthy however it's been 3 days of just cotydelons and absolutely no sign of the first true leaves. Have you had this before and did it recover to eventually grow true leaves?

To protect the other kills or what would you advise?

1st time grower need advice and need to make sure my plants doing good.My plant strain is blue dream fast photoperiod by seedsman. I use foxfarm soil foxfarm nutrients and my ph stays between 6.5 - 6.8. my humidity is 36-40 percent. My temp is 65-70 F. I run a marshydro ts- 600 led. My grow is 2 1/2 weeks into flower.

Its almost day 5 after emergence. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
ALSO: It's still a seedling but, I maybe think the cup in which i'm growing it in is too small, or rather I put too little soil (9cm diameter , 4cm tall dirt).
