I dont see no balls, looks like a girl to me. try googling pictures for male plants, you will see they are very much different to this.

Soil runoff ph low 5.7? To low ,plant seems healthySoil runoff PH was 5.7 last tested . Just curious if this should be addressed? Plant seems healthy to me , the jack herer has the low soil runoff ph .fed. @6.2 today with run off being 5.7 (dec3rd last tested soil was @6.1). Ph during feeding usually 6.0/6.5 . Let her go. Keep or trim the "popcorn" buds?I cannot provide any light to this area they to deep down the canopy, should i cut them. If yes, all at once?
The only thing i worry, if i cut the buds the plant get more power and will rise up in hight and grwoing to
