Vivosun 300W light question

I use a vivosun 300W and Ive looked at other diaries and people perfer to do more of an 18-6 throughout the grow and ive kept mine 12-12 throughout my entire grow. So im curious why do an 18-6 light cycle with this light. Is it to maximize the light the plant receives.

You are growing photoperiods so you should keep 18/6 schedule while they are vegging and then switch to 12/12 when you want to induce them to flower stage.
You shouldn't use 12/12 light schedule unless you are cultivating in SOG or you are growing sativas that can grow very wild.

I use the same exact light and the reason is it allows for robust growth, without overspending on energy. Now if your growing photoperiods then the light will need to be changed to 12/12 to induce flower. If your growing autos leave it at 18/6 the whole time.

Accidentally poured 2mL of "Grow Big" into "Big Bloom" bottle.I absentmindedly put 2mL of FF "grow big" directly into the bottle of"Big Bloom" (the murky one with bat guano).
Is there going any type of reaction that will create products that would be unsafe for my plants? Haven't taken chemistry yet. Is it ruined?
