Buds not really growing

Buds arnt doing anything really. No real growth I don't think. 9 weeks from flip on Sunday... Using biobizz feeding schedule. What's the problem 😔 probably slight overfeeding as tiny bits of burn on tips may have slowed me down maybe?

Much appreciated, so if I cut out the nitrogen or cut it back how long until I should see some recovery, would it be a good idea to give them a flush?

The stunted growth is going to be due to Nitrogen toxicity (overfeeding), you can tell this is the issue by the dark, shiny fan leaves. The way you fix this is by cutting down the amount of nitrogen the plant is getting and since you're in the flowering/budding stage, make sure you’re using a formula that’s specifically meant for flowering, or else it could have too much nitrogen.

Weak lighting during early flower kill yield?I had 3 weeks of weak lighting during the stretch phase of flowering. I now have a bigger tent so my lighting is now good again. How long until harvest?It's 5 wks since pistals started showing. Bud growth has slowed and ~5% of the trichomes on lower sugar leaves have turned Amber. 1st grow, not sure what to expect, but thought buds would be bigger by now.
