Could be from a fan and intense light . Bit of wind/sunburn I would say.

There are a few critters that will only come out at night. It might be best to wait an hour into the dark cycle and go in there with a flashlight. Use green light if you're worried about interrupting the dark cycle, but only an hour into dark, I don't think it will stress her out to have a flashlight on her for a few minutes.

Is it the closest plant to a fan? Could be from the wind blowing leaves against each other? Indoor or outdoor? Normally holes if caused by pests are caterpillars snails grasshoppers or inchworms which can be green like the leaves

Cola growing again after to much light while flowering?In the last 2 weeks of flowering this plant seems to have started to grow at the top of the cola again. Lefft the lights on 5 hours too long 1 night. Also needed to do some maintenance etc in the same week. Maybe to much light (DLI) and starterd growing again for short while?
