Hard to say without seeing the trichomes. If it were me and I had to go off of just the pistils, I would wait at least a week.
If that's 10 weeks from seed, I would wait 2-3 weeks. If 10 weeks into flower, I would wait 1-2 weeks.

Yea, you still have 3 weeks minimum. Improper nutes or pH can cause loss of smell at this point but it's not old age. The good news is they should add 50% more weight in that time.

Light Cycle shifting8 days of +30 days coming up, so small periods of temps of 31 degrees and RH's of 40% staying under my current 20/4 light cycle. In the Veg phase I had them on 24/0.
