I think that is magnesium defiency. In Coco calmag is always required unless you live in a hard water area. I use Coco and add 0.5ml per litre of magne cal + in every feed. You can get away with every other feed though . Coco doesn't hold on too nutrients very well so you can feed with every watering .

Is the soil enriched? Test the ppm when draining- water only. Test nutrients going in 660 ppm or so. If the soil is enriched you’ll have to wait until that has been run off or used by the plant until you can give it nutrients again. Distilled water(0 ppm) run off 10 to 20% waste

Plain water feeds is not recommended in Coco as you will remove the buffer it builds up . The buffer is a build of calmag which is what you need . You need calmag to build up in coco so your nutrients are directed straight to your plants. Calmag is a must in Coco . 👍🌱

I'm having similar issues as well. I've spent a lot of time looking into it but I'm no expert. To me it looks like its cal mag. You also have leaves pointing down. Which means shes getting too much of something. That's all I know I'm afraid. I'd wait for someone experienced to look at her.. sorry I couldn't help more! Good luck with you grow bro. I'm gunna keep an eye on this as it may help me also!
