How can i Improve my Situation ? why yellowing strarts from, the Top ?people recommend flushing, i can't flush in my situation. So what can I do to improve the situation?

Been feeding ff bloom nutes every other day, 1/4 to 1/2 strength.

drooping leaves, cold weather and high humidity, is it overwater problem?I think i´ve overwatered my plants, so it´s is cold (16 C / 60 F) and relative humidity around 70%-75% . old leaves are turning yellow.
