3 girls showing yellowing , brown spots , some leafs complete discolored and drying
They are 10 weeks
One is already good to cut but I have more time still with the other two girls
Since the goal now is to have a smooth fisnish what are your suggestions?

With you having previous issues patience is going to be key, it also looks as if they are suffering from light/heat stress you can tell by how the leaves are pointing upward.
