Is it to soon for harvest? One of them has yellow leaves probably miss a bit of water... they have 45 days!

Hello You don't want to cut any of them down yet...it's very early and they might not do much if you tried to smoke them right now. Wait until the white pistils have turned completely orange and started shriveling up...at least 70% of them. The speckled leaf in photo #10 makes me think mostly of a calmag deficiency, which is pretty common in outdoor and just needs an extra supplement for that. Sometimes it can ultimately be down to the ph being, but if you don't have a way to check it then I'd start by adding in some bloom/micro/calmag nutrients and see if it stops spreading.

You still have a few weeks yet! You want to wait until at least 80% of the hairs turn red (90% + if you want that couch-lock feeling). You can clip the leaves that are really bad, but most of them will die before harvest anyway. You'll be very disappointed if you harvest now. Patience and you will be rewarded!
