How to dry the trim or should I just freeze it?

I've never heard of someone taking the time to dry the trim. I just freeze it. Seems to me if it's dry, you will just get more plant material in your hash or butter or whatever.

Is this still good or is it ruined?Hung plants to dry and waited for stems to snap, unfortunately when I checked the buds were so crispy they basically crumbles in my hands. I heard this could be mold/rot also. Did I mess up and over dry my buds, or is this something much more awful? Is this still salvageable?Other. Mold

What to do with smaller flowers during drying vs larger colas? And how do you get large colas in jars? I assume I have to trim them too smaller size right?Ok so drying on day 3/4 now and still too moist i can tell. But my rhetorical question is obviously the smaller buds will dry faster than the bigger and main colas right? Do I need to start jaring the smaller flowers then work to the bigger ones? Close to Flush/Harvest? No good tric pics even using Mag Scope! Still White Pistils on the oldest plantWondering how close I am to Harvest here? These were all 50-60 day strains. Back Left CK leaves are lightening up like mad...the others are following (Currently on Dragon Force and boost) but the purple (Front left of canopy) still light pistils! Harvest?When will this be ready for chop. Iβm having a hard time getting a good look at the trichomes. I know the goal is 30% amber. One plant has very few white hairs and one has quite a few can I wait for the others to come to full maturity too. I plan on using same tent to hang dry.6y ago

Watering and darkness before harvestI've been giving them just water for 2 weeks but I only let them get about 10% runoff. I want to put them in 48hrs darkness but not if they've just been watered. Looking for opinions: flush to 80% runoff now and harvest on Wed or leave them in darkness and cut them down on Wed?5y ago
