I would not worry about the temperature. Being a bit cooler actually helps slow the drying process. Just keep it dark and with some gentle airflow and they should be dry in about 2 weeks. Many people talk about drying until the stem snaps but I find that is a bit too dry. Good is when the small stems snap but the larger ones sort of crunch and make a sharp bend. You can test by filling a small jar with some of the flower and put in a hygrometer (humidity meter). In several hours the reading should stabilize and you will get a good idea of the moisture content. I like 58% or a bit lower for long term storage but I like it at about 62%+ for daily use which makes it softer and more sticky so it packs better and is easier to work with and provides a slightly cooler smoke.

That temperature range is perfect. Between 14.5C and 19C is optimal, but you want it to be stable. Ideally, it would sit at exactly 15C undisturbed. As far as RH, as close to 60% as you can get would be good. However, if your temperature is less than 15C your humidity should not go over 50-55%

50% rh is fine. 19c to 20c I find is OK. Short periods of 15/17c isn't that bad. You still want airmovement, don't have any fans blowing directly on the plant and keep your extractor on all the time.
