To slow/stop the re-flowering, you can go to 11/13 to get them to finish more decisively.
Try that for a week, then chop.
It really does not matter that new pistils are coming, it indicates your plants metabolism is still functioning healthily.
Once all new pistil growth ceases, the plant is closing in on death and a plant near death can not support peak THC levels.
I prefer to harvest at about 95-98% brown pistils, just before the plants start declining towards death. This also corresponds in most cases with 10-30% amber too, however, not every strain will produce amber trichomes, which can be a trap for new players as they wait far too long for something that aint gonna happen and end up harvesting second grade buds from near dead plants!
Hope this helps, Organoman.
