The purple discoloration of the leaf stems as well as on the surface of the larger leaves could perhaps indicate a phosphorus (P) deficiency =)

Everything is fine. The small leaves are cotyledons. They die off as the seedling phase is over and the plants are now transitioning into the vegetative phase.
