Hey guys came across something on one of my plants that look like “bannanas” is it a male, what do you guys think, she is only 1 month and a half old ... and I’m doing it outdoors should it be showing sacks of pólen allready?

is it bad that i topped her ?topped my autoflower diesel at the 4th node and a few days later i see she is growing white pistils there and also on the secondary lower branches already white pistils .
should i have not topped her ? did i do it too late ? will she grow bigger or remain small ?need some adviceWeek 4

Should I transplant now or later?I have transplanted one auto before and it was successful. It was grown and harvested but was a different strain (Royal Dwarf Auto). I have packed the soil just right to allow me to turn the plant upside down and have a firm grip of the plant. Should I do this later, or now?Plant. Other

Slow growth on this one seedling we can't yet call it a plant imo especially in comparison to her sisters. Is it saveable?Can someone give some advice please. My friend has these going and one of the seedlings just is not growing compared to the rest. Help getting startedI am germinating some autoflower seeds.
My plan was to put the sprouted seeds into steril soil, in a propagation tray with lights and a dome for humidity, and eventually bring out and transplant.
Or should I skip that step and put sprouted seeds straight into ground?
