The plant looks about right to me Don't over do the watering though as that can slow down the growth so keep the soil humid wet, not soaked. All u need is patience my friend it will grow in. / cheers

Your plant is a bit small for an end week 2, although the plant looks very green and healthy. If you want to grow it faster you can look at your lights, or maybe even better look at your nutrients. I see that you use the same amount of bloom as grow, i would recommend use more grow in this stage. Maybe FloraMicro is also handy in this situation. Good luck ;)
