Looks like your media is quite dry... seedling need to be kept fairly moist until they develop some true leaves and get their roots developed. Not enough moisture during germination can cause this issue with the shell of the seed not giving way as well.

Oh no! I didn't give them the proper light power and they stretched too much!The girls are already in their final containers and they are only 1 week old. Droopy, purple discolloration, plastic like top leaves.Hey guys! Got problem with few girls. One is very droopy, 2 other have purple discolloration and big fan leaves and 1 is way taller then it should be. Also top leaves look like plastic and abit curled down. pH pen fault? Over wattering?
