7th week auto flower will not produce any buds

One of the auto wedding cake has yet to flower (week 7). The other two are flowering just fine.
What reasons could cause the this third auto flower to not produce any flowers yet? Yes it is female.

Hey Growmie,
I've had this happen plenty of times, the easy way to say it is sometimes autos forget their autos and need to be switched to a 12/12 light cycle to start flowering, so just give her a little help and she'll start flowering. Hi there!
Sometimes the ruderalis gene just is not there and you need to switch to 12/12 to get her to flower if she won't start.
Sometimes some autoflowers dont carry the gene cos they are bred to have like 10-30% ruderalis genes

Nitrogen toxicity? Deficiency? Something else? Stumped!I don't get it. Is this N toxicity? Serrated upturned edges, clawing, slow growth. But how? FFHF 75% FFOF 25%. Just Cal-Mag water. No food. NLS in bottom 3rd of pot. Not wind burn. Not too hot/dry at all. N deficiency? Yellow leaves on first bottom two only. I'm stumped.
