Is she bi-polar or depressed. My Gorilla Glue Auto #4 started budding a week or so ago and now she looks as if she stopt growing when everything else is doing great.

soil not accepting waterSo last Sunday I watered in a little less than a gallon for each, in 7-gallon pots. the bottom is soaking wet, but about 1/2 inch down the soil seems bone dry. Power went out and came back on last but it tripped the breaker for my tent. Temps dropped down to 61 degrees and there were no lights for about 11 hours. So I guess my question is will she be able to bounce back? I uploaded a pic of how she looked when I found out.Week 5
