Single branch wilting

I have a monster of a plant in my garden. I went to check on her today and 1 single branch was wilted. Any ideas why just one branch would do that? You can see it dropping on the right side of pic.

Indoor grower but from my experience.. One branch to experience trauma like that has to have either A) massive damage or b) pests in one form or the other.. That would be an indication of near zero transportation.. The plant is not circulating anymore to that node.. Do a very good inspection... if it's below ground you might need to research to figure out a solution. I believe fungus gnats are the more common root bound pests..

Thanks for the input. I do believe it's a root problem. I checked all along the branch and no bugs or damage whatsoever so I sprayed them down last night. She looked a little better but it still didn't bounce back like it normally would. I will be adding trichoderma and other beneficial micro organisms to the soil to help fight any root rot or bad bacteria causing the problem.

Hi, check the branch for the entire length, it is probably broken at some point perhaps at the junction. It could be of traumatic origin (tearing or egg-laying by insects). I absolutely do not believe in a root problem because the plant is a beast and will surely have monstrous roots.

Pests.. On the plant or in the root structure... Very nice plant by the way. That would be my first guess.
