Leaves are getting crispy and rusty can't decide if it's a deficiency or wind/heat damage any help would be greatly appreciated

Wind and coldHello fellow growers. My slurricane and mendo breath were transplanted outside in Maine. I've since experienced high winds and very low temps at night. Light burn/moved to new tentHaving some issues with blueberry #3.. it got some pretty bad light burn before I could get it into my larger tent and the leaves have turned yellow and have been dying off.
