Dead leaves

Look like you have a few problems going on. I agree with @highroller909 you grow light definitely looks to weak. Hard to tell from photos what color are your leafs but your slow growth rate dark green leaves and, clawing looks like a sign of nitrogen toxicity, cured or clawing could also be wind burn. very weak light obviously. upgrade your lights for the next grow mate. he looks to be in sleeping mode,can't push energy to buds.buds look weak too. look at the stretch.there is already a lot of nitrogen there but not strong light to use all those nutrients into photosynthesis. nutrients are not that important. just have simple npk bottles and some enzymes/amino acids and a calmag bottle but light is the key.
