Which way up to plant a seed.

What is the best way up, to plant a seed or doesn't it matter?

I personally don't think it matters. I've done both and no problem either way. Just make sure you plant deep enough for the friction to remove seed helmet. Seriously mother nature don't plant them point up or down.

When the root pops from the seed it pops from the point end. It comes out and literally does a u turn and grows downwards while the plant heads up and pulls the seed head off as it rises to the surface. ALWAYS pointy end up or your plants has to twist to start rising. This is why so many fail when they just plant a seed without making sure the pointy end is upwards. Cheers

Drop the seed in a moist rapid rooter cube and let gravity take care of the rest.

That's up for debate. I say soak the seed for 2 hrs in spring water. Then transfer to substrate point end down 1/4 inch deep and cover. Substrate should be moist not wet. Best of luck in all your seed planting.
