I have some condensation build up in my pots that I germinated in. Should I do anything about it. I've also noticed some green algae build up on the sides. Should I be concerned with this Any help is much appreciated.

I would suggest starting out in small biodegradable bags made from cornstarch, which can be easily transferred bag and all into a fabric pot with good soil. You should also introduce beneficial mycorrhizae and bacteria when starting seedlings, like the product "Recharge". Humidity at night. Should I add a heater or...Lights on day, my temps are perfect, and my humidity is 55-59% at 74-80 degrees F. Night, temps drop to the 60s and humidity goes up to 70-78%. Bought tiny dehumidifier to add, and I could also small heater. Is 70-78% gonna mess me up? Indoor/Outdoor And Winter is coming. ;)

How to lower Humidity Hi can anyone help with humidity I'm using a small dehumidifier in my tent also a large dehumidifier in the room but the large dehumidifier generates so much heat it can send the room to over 28 degrees I need to get humidity down to 50% at least any advice or suggestions please?

Do any body have any experience in making your own carbon filter?Thinking about making one from two steel mesh "ovals" with +-2cm in between. Use some filtration cloth so the carbon don't go through the mesh. And will fill the space between the meshes with activated carbon used for this purpose. Do you think its going to work? Thanks

Best Humidifier for 3x3x2 grow tent and best way to set up?I’m about to buy a dehumidifier. Finding one with programable humidity levels makes them too big 4 my tent & the small ones can’t be programmed to turn off when humidity is too low. Can I get a cheap one with no controls and manage humidity with my Humidistat alone? Will it work?

Can I close the door of my closet?My tent is located in a closet kind of room (5x2 meters) and I was wondering if could close the door during the night because the fan is a bit noisy. PH is 4.9- BAD batch of happy frog.Ok so yeah definitely seeing a problem here, BAD batch of happy frog. First time in soil, just got a blue lab pen, Calibrated and checked, & my PH is reading 4.9-5.0 on my soil. What do I do to get that number up for seedlings, as well as treating 5 bags of soil entirely??

Drastic rise in ppm using top drip in hydroton Hey... i am having a problem with my top drip on hydroton (week 1). My ppm rises dramatically over a day and a half. Im talking 300ppm to 800ppm.
