Fan Leaves not looking healthy

Hi, this is my fat banana auto. She's about one month old. I just noticed she has some leaves that look a bit strange. Could this be boo much nutrients? I'm feeding biobizz heaven 2ml /L , root juice 1ml/L and grow 2ml /L ... Any suggestions?

Yea, roll back the nutes for a few feeds and see what happens. Could also be light burn or a fan burn if you got a fan pointed directly on it.

Bugs creating holes in leafs?Does anyone know what this could be from and the best course of action? I can't find any visible bugs on topside or underside of the leafs.
