Yellow leaf septoria?

Hi, I think some of my plants have yellow leaf septoria. How best to treat this? Should I consider removing leaves, plants or maybe starting again.
It might of been due to my constant misting to maintain a high humidity at the start or I was also thinking fungus gnats

First stop hyper growing your plants. They dont need to be misted multiple times a day you are in ultra low humidity. You'll know you have fungus gnats when you see them. Doubt it's that. It just looks like young plant stress from a too heavy hand. In the future it will help to list your medium, lights, nutes, and feeding schedule.

I don't add any nutrients to the plants. Only organic things during the grow, if something is missing.
The soil is a mix of compost and earth with nutrients (stuff you buy for vegetables).
