The leaves are dark green probably from too much nitrogen. For ripeness, it looks like you have at least 4 weeks left. You want 90% of the hairs to turn at a minimum. You're better off going by trichomes though (30% amber to 70% milky is the way). Good news is that your buds should get around 50% bigger in the upcoming weeks.
