Not yet IMO... Make sure there all milky none are clear and a few amber ones are good. Once you see all are milky and a few amber I would take down. Another 7-15 days my guess.

No, you have at least 3 weeks, probably 5. Most of your trichomes are still clear. This means they have little or no THC. Wait until at least 10% turn amber. Better off if you wait for 20-30%.
