For the first time I would do just bend them in a week or so. Later, as they grow, it would reveal what other adjustments to do - why not put a net and ScroG them, it's a productive technique. Definitely, topping or FIM aren't an option with autoflowering plants. Good luck! 😎

Myself I would top and give it a couple days and then LST. should branch out nicely with good spacing. They look healthy don't be nervous its supposed to be fun! Happy growing!

If they are autoflowers, only do LST asap. Less more often is better. Don't try to bend it right over first time you pull on it. Topping isnt too bad but could reduce your yield. Especially since it's a little late to top an autoflower. If it's a photoperiod, then do both. Remember that a plant will need time to recover from any sort of training. No high stress training a week before flipping to flower. Nothing but defoliation after the first few weeks of flower.

You can now. You will be nervous first time, It'll pass.. for first time I'd recommend topping. You could do any.
