Sackeykoanswered grow question 4 years ago If they are autoflowers, only do LST asap. Less more often is better. Don't try to bend it right over first time you pull on it. Topping isnt too bad but could reduce your yield. Especially since it's a little late to top an autoflower.
If it's a photoperiod, then do both. Remember that a plant will need time to recover from any sort of training. No high stress training a week before flipping to flower. Nothing but defoliation after the first few weeks of flower.
