How much Yield with 400watt hps?

How much yield would be possible with 400watt HPS? The grow is 4 autos in coco. With 400watt LED i get around 500grams, thanks in advance

Less then your led, depending on the type. If it's a quantum board then it's similar to a 700-800 watt HPS if it's a burple or cob then it would be similar to a 600-700 HPS. 4.5 ounces for an auto flower is above average so you know what your doing. My guess would be around 300 gram's because now your light is the bottleneck.

I can’t imagine you’re gonna beat 500 from 4 autos with any light. It’s possible but 125 each is solid under one light

Seems ready way before advertised flower timeReady to harvest? Not something I usually struggle with but breeder suggests 9-10 weeks flower and I’m just coming to the end of week 8. I upgraded my light recently and it advertises reducing flower time but this seems extreme. Thoughts? Pics are a few days old as well.

Flushing 4 weeks out?Do i start flushing at the start of the 5th week of flower? Im using slow release dry amendments (top dressings). I heard that you have to start flushing these types of nutrients out a bit earlier than you would with salt based nutrients. Is this true?
