Buds not getting bigger

My gorilla girl has really small buds still at week 7. Are the buds just under taking longer to develop ( long flower time ) ? Is there something I did wrong with plant ( or genetic). Is there anything I can do at this stage to promote bud growth ?

You will see the calyx the part the stamin connect to. Thats the hairs. That will swell it will look like seeds are in there thats at its full potential. Looks like u got a small but tasty one. Remember the bigger the budz the less flavor

Oh and another thing, people growing weed VERY often use too much magnesium, imo. I mean, it's one of the most common things I see, along with excess potassium. The ratio of magnesium to calcium (especially in supplements) is often VERY skewed towards magnesium. Yet, calcium is FAR more prevalent in nature, and it's kinda difficult to use too much calcium. You can have a soil mix that's like 40% calcium and still grow things fine (though it'd be very loose soil).

Oh just a sidenote about that. The thing about potassium is that the plants reuse it, it's not a "building block" like calcium, carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, etc, but a transient factor which circulates in the plant. You don't want too much of it coz the plants don't shed it much at all.

Lack of calcium? Phosphorus? Carbs/sugars earlier? Just general speculation. Coz it's really difficult to say. But seriously, I'd kinda recommend a "semi-flush" and some phosphorus, carbs/oils/sugars. Kinda looks like you got too much potassium (many nodes, leaves). Fewer nodes tend to produce larger/denser/more complex buds. But then, a lot of people don't know that topping, LST, all that sort of thing messes with the plant's hormonal balance (irreversibly). Less nodes = larger buds.
